Fiamma will be closed for a short break during Slack Season beginning Tuesday, November 11, reopening for dinner service Tuesday, November 25.
As the seasons change in the Wood River Valley, we’re taking this time to pause, reflect, and prepare for the busy winter ahead. This intentional closure allows our team to rest, recharge, and return — ready to deliver the exceptional hospitality, cuisine, and warmth that define the Fiamma experience.

Fiamma is open for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
We will be closed 12/21 through 12/25, resuming dinner service on Friday, 12/26. Fiamma will be offering extended service on 12/28 and 12/29.
For parties of 9 or more, please email us to reserve.
2026 Reservation Release Schedule:
January & February - opens 12/1
March, April & May: opens 1/1
June & July: opens 5/1
August & September: opens 7/1
October & November: opens 9/1
December: opens 11/1
Note: Reservations are released at 10:00 am MT.
