
Lee Anne Wong is the chef and owner of Koko Head Cafe in Honolulu, Hawaii. A native of Troy,New York, Wong graduated from the International Culinary Center (ICC), formerly known as theFrench Culinary Institute, and began her culinary training at Marcus Samuelsson’s Aquavitbefore playing an integral role in the opening of Jean Georges Vongrichten’s Chinese concept,Restaurant 66. Wong went on to work as the Executive Chef of Event Operations at ICC, duringwhich time she was prominently featured on Season One of Bravo’s Flagship Series “TopChef”, and subsequently was hired as the series' Supervising Culinary Producer for the next 6seasons, helping to build the show into the powerhouse it is today.
Forging ahead, Chef Wong opened two Japan outposts of Koko Head Cafe; Tokyo in April2023 and Osaka in September 2024. Koko Head Cafe recently celebrated its 11th yearanniversary, adding on dinner service last summer 2025. Chef Wong is working on a KHCBrunch Cookbook as well as a memoir. She continues to appear on various media platforms asboth a competitor and judge, and most recently can be seen on Food Network’s Tournamentof Champions, Season Three of 24 in 24, Chopped, Alex vs America, Flavortown, and Guy’sGrocery Games. She was recently appointed to the Awards Committee for the James BeardFoundation, and will be hosting a residency in Napa Valley for the month of May 2026. ChefWong continues to travel worldwide for events and exciting new projects to expand her brandand culinary expertise.

Viet was born in a refugee camp in Malaysia, and immigrated to the U.S. when he was just 7 months old. Spending his formative years in California, the first-generation Vietnamese-American chef gives major props to his parents for their sacrifices that shaped the man he is today — both personally and professionally.
Pham first appeared on Food Network in 2012 on Extreme Chef, where he placed second. Since then, he has become a familiar face on the channel, with appearances in more than a dozen shows. From Food Network Star and Guy’s Grocery Games to Iron Chef Eats, Kitchen Inferno, and Supermarket Stakeout, he’s competed against — and alongside — some of the biggest names in the culinary space. His victories on Iron Chef America and Beat Bobby Flay have cemented his legacy as one of the most innovative chefs to compete on Food Network. Most recently, he returned to the spotlight on House of Knives, where he once again proved that pressure only sharpens his edge.
He is the recipient of many awards and nominations, including Food and Wine's Best New Chef and a three-time James Beard Award nominee. Chef Pham lives in Utah with his wife Alexis and runs Pretty Bird, a growing fast-casual spot known for Nashville-style hot chicken. The restaurant has four locations across the state — two in Salt Lake City, one in Midvale and one in Park City.

Stephanie Izard, recipient of James Beard Best Chef: Great Lakes and Food & Wine Best New Chef, is the Executive Chef and Owner of Girl & the Goat, Little Goat, Duck Duck Goat, Cabra, and Lucky Goat in Chicagoland, along with Girl & the Goat and Valley Goat in California. Izard also won the coveted title of Iron Chef in 2017 and was the 4th winner of Bravo’s Top Chef. Izard jumped back into television in 2023 with the release of The Curious Chef, a Tastemade television series where she visits home cooks to get a taste of their time-honored recipes and traditions, alongside numerous appearances, as both a competitor and a judge, on shows including Tournament of Champions, Hell’s Kitchen, Superchef Grudge Match, Guy’s Grocery Games, Chopped, and more.
A James Beard Best New Restaurant nominee, Girl & the Goat has been praised by high-profile publications such as Saveur, New York Times, and Food & Wine. Little Goat Diner, Stephanie’s highly successful follow-up to Girl & the Goat, features classic, Americana cuisine in a diner setting. In March 2016, Stephanie opened her third restaurant, a Chinese-inspired concept called Duck Duck Goat and in 2019, Stephanie’s Peruvian-inspired eatery, Cabra, opened on the rooftop of The Hoxton, Chicago. Then Izard expanded to the West Coast with Girl & the Goat in downtown Los Angeles and, more recently, Valley Goat in Silicon Valley. The latest addition to the Goat family is Lucky Goat, located within Chicagoland’s Hollywood Casino. Izard’s first book, “Girl in the Kitchen,” was released in 2011 and her second book “Gather & Graze” was released in April 2018.

Chef Casey began her culinary career in her home state of Texas; she worked under celebrity chef Dean Fearing at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, one of Texas’ most revered dining destinations. After finishing as a finalist and earning the “Fan Favorite” title on the third season of Top Chef, Casey set her sights on far flung horizons. She traveled the world, learning new techniques in places like Thailand and Argentina. She became the American ambassador for an Argentinian Malbec and cooked her way through wine country, learning the art of pairing freshly farmed foods with terroir-driven wines. Born in Tucson, Arizona, and raised in Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico, she draws inspiration from both sides of the border to create dishes that honor her heritage while embracing innovation. Her culinary prowess gained national attention when she became a finalist on Season 18 of Bravo’s Top Chef: Portland, where she impressed judges with her leadership and creativity, notably winning the prestigious Restaurant Wars challenge. Chef Karen Akunowicz is a celebrity chef, restauranteur and the 2018 James Beard Foundation Award winner for Best Chef: Northeast. In 2020 her debut restaurant Fox & the Knife was a James Beard Award finalist for Best New Restaurant in America. Chef Akunowicz is a well-known television personality as a fan favorite on Bravo TV’s Emmy-nominated show “Top Chef” (seasons Season 13 as well as “All-Stars”). She is a rising star on The Food Network’s “Tournament of Champions 3-5 and has appeared as a judge on Top Chef, Top Chef Canada, America’s Worst Cooks, Guy’s Grocery Games and America’s Test Kitchen Next Generation. She is a recurring Judge on “Beat Bobby Flay”.
